Mini get-aways and sporting good stores

Holy, I love Yuba Lake. I love the hot sun, the sand, the campfire at night, the water, and I love the boating. Tomorrow some friends and myself are going camping at Yuba. I had so so so much fun last year and I am beyond excited. I have been a little busy lately so getting away for just a night and a day sounds so sweet! Geez, I can't wait! Besides, my ghostly legs needed a tan like yesterday! Hello, it may be rainy but it's still June!

Camping rocks, but you know what is even better? Shopping, more precisly, shopping for camping gear! I have recently had a transformation of my shopping habits within the last year or so, but I still get that shopping bug! Who knew going to sports authority could bring out the bug again? I feels so outdoorsy when I go in those stores! Look at me, I can rough it too! Yea, actually I NEED that camping chair, becuase you know what, I am cool and outdoorsy like that and you know I am going to use it all the time! (The things I tell my self! We actually didn't buy the camping chairs, but I did ask Shane probably 3 times - "are you SURE we don't need those camping chairs?" Ok babe, maybe not today, but for sure next time we come back I think we are going to NEED those chairs!;) Anywho, we did get a super sweet tent and a really big sleeping bag and I really am super excited to go try them out this weekend!!!!!

I am freaking thankful for mini get-aways and sporting good stores for bringing out the inner "tree-hugger" in me:)
